Over the years, we have built up a wide range of links and partners in the region. There are very few Pacific countries that have not had a Smolbag visit. Being a large NGO, we work with a wide range of donors.

Core Funders

In 2005/6 AusAID and NZAID became major partners through core agreements, which has meant that we are able to choose what other projects to become involved with. These agreements will run for 5 years subject to a review in the third year.

AusAID: The Australian Government's overseas aid programme
NZAID: New Zealand's International Aid & Development Agency

Current partners involved in projects

The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) has been instrumental in many of our biggest recent projects, including Love Patrol. See a diagram (pdf) of our organisation showing the full range of donors and projects we run.
